Pricing FAQ

What counts as an "active user"?
Any dispatcher, manager or field worker who is provisioned an account and logs into the dashboard or mobile app during a billing month. Deactivated or unused seats are not billed.
Is there a setup fee or minimum contract term?
No setup fee. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time — see our Refund Policy for how cancellations and partial months are handled.
Can I run more than one module?
Yes. Each module is billed independently based on the active users assigned to it. Businesses operating across multiple verticals (e.g. delivery and facility management) can run both.
Do you offer volume discounts?
For fleets or teams above 150 active users, contact us — we quote volume pricing on a case-by-case basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and bank transfer, invoiced monthly in advance. Indian clients may be invoiced in INR; international clients are invoiced in USD.
